This was inspired from a photo of Mark when he was 17. The background is of Narri Station. Mark entered this painting in the Jacaranda Art Festival in Grafton and won.
Inspired by a Cobar sunset. This painting was given to Mark's brother, Cain.
On the many trips back to Cobar during the holidays, Mark would stop the car, run out into a paddock and take photos of cows, horses and signs.

This collage was an assignment he completed while at Alexander Mackie Art School. Mark was also interested in photography and used some of these photos in this collage.

'Art isn't dead, it just smells funny'. Mark did this drawing on the inside wall of a make-shift shed while he was concreting for the new Elura housing subdivision. It now resides in his father-in-law's shed.
